DESIGN AND DRAWING FOR PRODUCTION (DDP) Year Course
Grades 9, 10
1 Unit
This is an introductory course in which students use sophisticated
modeling computer design software. Students learn problem-solving
skills using a design development process that includes defining a
problem, researching, identifying requirements, developing a design
proposal, and making a model or prototype. The course applies and
concurrently develops secondary level knowledge and skills in mathematics,
science and technology. Prerequisite: Gateway to Technology
